Valved, Individual Filter Housings

Filtration Systems Valved, Individual Housings allow liquid flow to be shut off at the unit, rather than at a distant source, saving time during media change-out. Two stainless steel ball valves, on the inlet and outlet of each vessel, function as shut-off valves, isolating the housing from the filtering process. The Low-Profile, Horizontal Outlet is a standard feature of the Valved, Individual Housing.

Valved, Individual Bag Filter Housings use a #2 size filter bag (7″dia. x 32″ long). Housings are available in ASME Code, or Industrial Grade design, in T-304, T-316, or Carbon Steel. Alternate inlet and outlet connections may be ordered to allow vessels to be placed directly in-line (parallel) with existing process piping.

Filter housings accommodate a variety of filter media, including Filter Bags, Mesh and Micron Lined Baskets, Strainers, or Cartridges, making them extremely versatile for industrial, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, water, beverage, food and other process applications.
