Product description

Multi-Housing Filter Systems

Filtration Systems Multi-Housing bag filter systems use #2 size filter bags (7″dia. x 32″long), and are available with 2 to 8 modules, accommodating all flow rate requirements. Multiple vessels, operating in parallel, enhance filtering capacity.

Models with a suffix of “ -V” have two Stainless Steel Ball Valves per module, installed on the inlet and outlet of the vessel. Functioning as shut-off valves, they isolate individual housings from the filtering process. Each vessel on a valved, multi-housing system operates independently, allowing continuous service during media removal and replacement. Multi-Housing Systems are available with or without valves.

All Multi-Housing Systems are equipped with two inlet & two outlet connections. Alternate connection ports allow users the option of choosing the inlet and outlet site that best suits space and piping requirements. The remaining unused ports are sealed with (user-furnished) blind flanges.

Filter housings accommodate a variety of filter media, including Filter Bags, Mesh and Micron Lined Baskets, Strainers, or Cartridges, making them extremely versatile for industrial, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, water, beverage, food and other process applications.

Filtration Systems versatile, modular design provides:

  • Simplified Installation
  • Equipment expansion
  • Staged (Series) Filtration
  • Header Inspections
  • Header Cleaning
